A 10-minute walk through the traffic-free streets, past
Orange Square, and through a sculpture park leads to a clean, well-organised
beach stretching for miles in either direction.

A marble promenade reaches far along the seafront towards
Puerto Banus, a good hour’s walk along the Golden Mile.
In the Old Town itself, the traditional atmosphere is
often added to by public events, including numerous celebratory parades.
