hire car or coach.

A 10-minute walk through the traffic-free
streets, past Orange Square, and through a
sculpture park leads to a clean, well-organised
beach stretching for miles in either direction.

Marbella is surrounded by the historic cities of
Ronda, Cordoba, Seville and Granada, with its
amazing Alhambra Palace. And in Malaga
there is the fascinating Picasso Museum.

Marbella is also an excellent base from which
to explore the beautiful Andalucia countryside
with its mountains, and a plethora of white
hilltop villages. You can travel on your own
or enjoy an organised Jeep Excursion.

A marble promenade reaches far along the
seafront towards Puerto Banus, a good hour’s
walk along the Golden Mile.

In the Old Town itself, the traditional
atmosphere is often added to by public events
including numerous celebratory parades.
